White Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
If you like white chocolate you will love this recipe. I find the white chocolate works well with the banana flavor. You could also use regular chocolate chips or even dark chocolate chips if you like dark chocolate.

Wow! This sounds delish. I love that your site is all about banana bread. Fun concept.

White chocolate originates from the cocoa (cacao) plant, but it is not ‘chocolate.’ According to the FDA, to be called ‘chocolate’ a product must contain
chocolate liquor, which is what gives it the biter intense chocolate flavor (and color) to dark and milk chocolates.

Cooking this recipe right now. A little confused tho… Do I add the sugar to the flour bowl or the bowl with the bananas?
