Raisin Banana Bread Recipe
Here is a simple and innovative recipe of banana bread which is delicious at taste. It can be enjoyed both as a snack and dessert. It will surely please people of all age groups.

BAKING TIME: ~ 1 hour 15 Min
READY TIME: ~ 1 Hour30 Min
SERVINGS: 1 Loaf
INGREDIENTS
• 3 Bananas, well-ripened
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1/3 cup corn oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 cup raisins
• 2 cups water
• 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1.Put water to a boil in microwave or on stove top. Turn off heat, add raisins and set aside for about 15 minutes.
2.In a large bowl, mash the bananas and then add all the ingredients and stir until well combined.
3.Take out the raisins from water, pat dry with paper towels and fold into the batter.
4.Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake for about 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
5.Let it cool and serve.

Didnt know what sort of sugar and flour to use. Anyway it burnt to a crisp so not impressed
