Green Curry Banana Bread Recipe
Who would have thought green curry would go well with banana bread? Try this out and surprise your family, friends and co-workers!

INGREDIENTS
*1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
*1 teaspoon baking soda
*1/3 cup buttermilk
*1/2 cup vegetable oil
*1 cup mashed bananas (about 2 large bananas)
*1 1/2 cups white sugar
*2 eggs, beaten
*1/2 teaspoon green curry paste
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / gas mark 4 and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter
2. Blend together the eggs, buttermilk, oil, bananas and green curry paste.
3. Sift together the sugar, flour, and baking soda.
4. Add to banana mixture and gently mix until all flour is incorporated. Do not overmix.
6. Transfer the mix to the loaf tin.
7. Bake for 1 hour 10 min or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
8. Cool it for around 5 min and remove the bread from the pan to a wire rack.

I just wished I know how to bake. I find it rally hard because I am not really patient with the measurements and the cooking time.
