Chocolatey Banana Bread Muffins
This recipe makes fantastic little banana bread muffins packed with chocolatey goodness. They have a really nice texture and are really easy to make.

INGREDIENTS
* 2 cups flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 3 ripe mashed bananas
* 2 eggs
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
* 1/8 cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Lightly grease a muffin tin or line with cupcake liners.
2. Mash bananas in a bowl and add in the eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Slowly add in the flour, sugar, baking soda and nutmeg, stirring constantly.
4. Stir in the chocolate chips.
5. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin and bake for about 25 minutes.

TIPS: If you’re feeling a little more decadent try using chocolate chunks instead of chocolate chips!

This recipe does not work. Perhaps because it has no butter/marg in it. Made them this afternoon,followed the recipe precisely, they are so disgusting they’ve ended up in the bin!

Too much flour. I improvized and added an extra egg, but that barely did the trick. They taste good, but I imagine it would’ve been better with something like 3 dl of flour and 3 eggs.
