Banana Cheese Bread Recipe
Here’s a banana bread recipe from Kraft foods. Bananas and cheese do go surprisingly well together!

INGREDIENTS
*1/4 cup (1/2 stick) softened butter
*1 cup sugar
*1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium bananas)
*2 eggs
*2-1/4 cups flour
*1-1/2 tsp. baking Powder
*1/2 tsp. baking soda
*1 cup chopped walnut Pieces
*1 pkg. (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / gas mark 4 and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and sugar and butter until well blended.
3. Add in bananas and eggs and mix well.
4. Stir in baking powder and baking soda and mix just until moistened
5. Stir in walnuts.
6. Transfer the mix to the loaf tin.
7. Bake for 1 hour 10 min or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
8. Cool it for around 5 min and remove the bread from the pan to a wire rack.
